The legend of the cadejo
In Salvadoran legend, the cadejo is the dog-like spirit that walks beside people at night and looks after them on the way home. It is the name we chose for El Salvador's first craft brewery.

Our story
Cadejo Brewing Company started brewing in 2012 as El Salvador's first craft brewery. Today it is the largest craft brewery in Central America, still brewed at our own brewery in Zona Rosa, San Salvador, where you can join the tour every Thursday at 7 p.m.
Over the years Cadejo grew from a brewery into a family of restaurants, each built for a different plan: the beach in El Sunzal, the mountain in Huizúcar, a historic mansion in Santa Tecla, neighborhood spots and the airport.
